The shipping was prompt and the item is nice looking, however I can wrap the item all the way around my neck and the velco barely meets because it is too large. I am a woman with a smaller face. I suggest you offer the current size (L), and another size for a smaller face.

I wanted to try this style mask to see if it would be comfortable for my Mom for the winter when she has to go outside. She wears glasses and hearing aides and a lot of the masks are not comfortable, as the ear loops pull out the hearing aides...these masks have adjustable ear loops and the wrap around velcro is easier than a tie behind the head for an 89 yo. Thank you for a warm, comfortable and wearable style mask...both the quilted and the fleece are great!
